Hearing the space of silence in the depths of the heart. BEING there with all your senses, deeper, stronger, in the here and now, with alert attention: in joint silent meditations, in body awareness exercises based on eutony, in mindfulness exercises, in perceiving nature, in listening to God's word. Silence throughout.

Please bring comfortable clothing and warm socks.
