An approx. one-hour guided tour of the convent with a nun, who gives a very good insight into the history and our life and work.

Barbecue - grilling and campfire romance in the monastery park

Food keeps body and soul together and promotes a sense of community; home-made salads, crispy farmhouse bread, juicy sausages and steaks, accompanied by a cool beer. A touch of campfire romance in our monastery park. After a strenuous day at the seminar, put on some comfortable casual clothes and put the sausages and steaks on the barbecue for you and your colleagues.

On beautiful summer days, the Sauerland bathing lakes offer pure refreshment. The green meadows around our lakes (Lake Henne, Diemelsee, Hillebach Lake and Lake Sorpe) invite you to sunbathe. The clear water provides a refreshing cool-down. The lakes are nestled in wooded mountains, sailboats and excursion boats sail on the water. Pure relaxation in the lidos and bathing bays.

In summer, the Sauerland is not just about hiking in the mountains. The Fort Fun leisure park, with its Wild West atmosphere, just 3 kilometres from the Bergkloster Bestwig, invites you to fun and action. There is the Santa Fé Express, hang-gliding, a toboggan run and rafting, rollercoasters, carousels and an indoor playground.
