Our kitchen is happy to prepare purely vegetarian or vegan lunches and dinners for you.

Yoga equipment is available on site and can be borrowed. A separate meditation room offers space for prayer, contemplation and meditation.

Yoga and mindfulness retreats are held regularly at our monastery.
