„It's not a lot of knowledge that satisfies the soul, but tasting and savouring things from the inside.“

Ignatius of Loyola

In the search for a personal path of life and faith, individual retreats are a way of mindful practice that helps you to rethink your relationship to yourself, to your fellow human beings and to God and to reorient yourself.

Individual retreats invite you to consciously perceive your own life with its bright and dark sides and to learn to read it in depth through the eyes of God.

By recognising and taking seriously their life story, their longing and feelings, their questions and doubts, practitioners find the trail to that which wants to become human in them and allows them to live in the presence of God.

Group retreats

Group retreats (lat. = exercises) are days of silence, contemplation and reflection, in order to become aware of one's own life and everything that makes it up, and to re-orientate it towards God.
The basic elements are

  • Thematic impulses or lectures
  • Personal prayer and reflection times, adoration
  • Silence throughout
  • Participation in the Eucharistic celebration and the sisters' Liturgy of the Hours
  • Opportunity for personal (confessional) dialogue

Addressees:
