Time out at the monastery
We invite you to take a break from everyday life, to leave stress and demands behind, to come into contact with the source within you - to breathe deeply - to rest - to become still, to draw new strength and joy for everyday life.
In community with others, we engage with spiritual topics, reflect on our lives and our relationship with God and people.
Thematic impulses, creative activities, times of silence, prayer and meditation as well as experiencing creation and sharing in the group can be elements of reflection days.
Spiritual accompaniment
Spiritual counselling aims to help people become more aware of their own life and everything that is there and manifests itself, and in doing so to become more and more aware of where more life is possible and where God wants to lead the individual.
Sr Gratia Feldmann SMMP offers the opportunity to
- for pastoral counselling during your stay
- and to continuous spiritual support.
You can arrange regular one-to-one counselling sessions at manageable intervals for a certain period of time. Everything that characterises your own life can be discussed. The conversations help you to hear the quiet voice of God in the depths of your heart and to reflect on your own experiences in the light of faith. Spiritual counselling thus promotes the personal growth and maturation process.

Creative time out
For some people it is good to let their thoughts, feelings and inner images flow through their heart and hands into a picture or sculpture.
We offer a workroom that you can use on your own responsibility, including all accessories - paints, wood, paper, canvases, glue guns, drills ... everything that is standing or lying around on the shelves and on the floor. Use at your own risk, of course.
Are you looking for a gift for Mother's Day or a birthday present for your girlfriend/boyfriend? I would be happy to accompany you on your creative day together. Fee by arrangement.

Individual time out
We welcome Christians and non-Christians who need or want to take a break and are looking for a spiritual space of peace and reflection to refocus and recharge their batteries.
Support through dialogue is possible, but not therapy.
We recommend that you avoid any distractions, do not make phone calls and do not read or write e-mails.
Our guests are cordially invited to take part in the sisters' prayer times.
