Individual retreats in Ignatian spirituality support people in their search for themselves, for God in their lives, for their own place in this world.
Elements are:

• Daily one-to-one meeting
• Hints and help for prayer
• Silence throughout
• Personal prayer and meditation times
• Body awareness exercises, participation in the Eucharistic celebration and the sisters' Liturgy of the Hours are possible

Course fee: 500,60 €.

The fees include accommodation and three meals, plus €30.00 for each accompanying discussion.
