Allow yourself a day off. Take time and leisure to come into contact with the deepest impulses of your own heart, to allow them to be true and to learn to interpret them as the path to yourself and to God, who speaks to us in the depths of our hearts.

With biblical figures from Advent, we want to go to the school of listening and open ourselves up to a path to more life and meaning.

Elements: Meditative impulses, body awareness exercises, quiet sitting, time for silence and conversation
