In 2005, 96-year-old Englishwoman Irene Sinclair became the star of an international advertising campaign for the cosmetics company Dove. She made no secret of her recipe for happiness: a bit of walking, going to the theatre, attending a concert, but above all keeping an interest in other people alive.

In the morning, we want to exchange thoughts about God and the world, about our two life curves, our images of God. On the questions of what makes us happy, how we can give our lives a personal flavour, how we can live in reconciliation with ourselves, our past and our fellow human beings, and what hope sustains us in view of the end of our earthly lives.

In the afternoon, we can watch a film, play a game, take part in a cultural activity, write memory cards, go into silence, pray/meditate (together).

We begin and end each day with a spiritual impulse.
