Reflection Day / A Day of Silence – together and individually
After a shared start with a spiritual impulse, we go into silence, read, write, pray, enjoy the harmony or even the resistance of nature, encounter the forest and ourselves… The monastery church, crypt and accommodation areas are available, of course, as well as the monastery park.

At 12:00 there is the opportunity to participate in the lunch session. After that we eat lunch; everyone brings as much as they want to eat and makes it available to everyone; storing it in the refrigerator is possible.

At 16:30 we will meet for a group discussion; at 18:00 there will be an opportunity to take part in Vespers.
