In our ‚nights‘ God promises a new morning

In a time of great distress, Jochen Klepper composed his Advent song „Die Nacht ist vorgedrungen“ in 1937. To this day, it gives people hope and comfort. It reminds us of the promise of Advent: God comes into our world—not just when everything is bright and peaceful, but in the midst of the darkness of our lives.

It may also encourage us to reflect on our own life and faith experiences, to ask about God's presence in everyday life, and to trust again the gentle impulses of the heart.
Elements: Text and image impulses, biographical work, bibliology, times of silence, and exchange in the group.

Direction: Sr Gratia Feldmann SMMP
